So far - no baseball game has toppled this game yet, and probably they never will come close. With beautiful graphics, great gameplay and more great features, this baseball game is the "one" for all Baseball game fans.
Gameplay 10/10
This game is just a great game for Baseball fans (like myself). You can choose from all the MLB teams with all the updated stats and players and it has almost all the major stadiums. It also has over 200 personal batting stances for the players, which is a cool feature to add at that, and all the personal pitching wind ups. This game will have you drooling over the awesome gameplay once you pop the machine on!
Graphics 10/10
The graphics are amazing. All the MLB Players look outstanding and it really is a cool feature when the players make those outstanding catches. Let's just put at this --- the game LOOKS and PLAYS GREAT!!
Sound/Music 10/10
From "STRIKE" to the crack of the bat, All-Star Baseball 2000 shines in Sound F/X and Music, where there really isn't that much music except those tinny little Baseball Stadium tunes which they got down with realism.
Controls 10/10
Nothing is confusing in this game with the controls. The developers used traditonial controls for this game so even a newbie to Baseball Games wouldn't get confused.
Replay Value 10/10
OH YEAH! You defintely will be coming back to play this game over and over again with your friends or if you just want to beat the playoffs with all the teams. This game defintely wouldn't be forgotten.

Yes - All-Star Baseball 2000 is the best Baseball of the year. And if any other Baseball can topple it, it must exceed in everything...which is close to impossible to do. We are awaiting Griffey's Slugfest Baseball game, but, it doesn't seem to quite topple this masterpiece of a baseball game. But, we have to wait till its finished to see what happens to this very close Baseball game race.
